Artist Statement
Artist work
“My approach towards my work deals with different themes and issues. I love to work with symbolism, memories and abstract ideas such as pain, love, death, and fear...

In this work, I am exploring the idea of the Western dream as a seduction, in dealing with identity, tradition and displacement, exploring the different layers and connections within the personal.

My exploration towards these issues comes from my own personal experience and the work itself, in essence, a spiritual response towards human struggle for belonging.”
