Gabriel has many skills including screenprinting on T-shirts, posters and fabric. He is an accomplished artist in his own right, with paintings purchased by people from all over Australia and the world. Gabriel is a recognised tour guide and obligingly answers all manner of questions. Because of his outgoing personality, most tourists he speaks to ask to see his paintings and often end up purchasing one. During the Dry season Gabriel is now and established artist in his own right. Like many of his generation at Injalak, he attributes much of his artistic education to Thompson Yulidjirri. He is also a senior supervisor of the Injalak’s Printmaking Department.
